Toys should be completely dry and stored separately in a ziplock bag, soft towel or cotton pouch, and placed in a clean and dry space out of direct sunlight. It should be out of reach and sight of pets and children. Silicone ADORES dust and will collect it along with hair or any other dirt it comes into contact with, so keeping it tucked away and somewhat sealed will lessen the accumulation of "stuff" on your toy.

You can store your toys on most cloths, plastic, metal, glass surfaces. Toys stored on wood however may leave a harmless silicone oil stain if left for long periods of time.

Additionally, you should avoid resting your toys on textured surfaces or they will retain imprints on their bases or contact surfaces. These marks will not affect the functionality of the toy, and may possibly be removed by gently rubbing the deformed portion with your finger. (Common culprits are fingernail marks, coarsely textured cloth, uneven surfaces with a rough finish.

Toys can be stored with and alongside other certified platinum cured silicone, plastic, glass and metal toys. Any products that are made from low quality silicone or cheap materials (including silicone lubricant) will most likely degrade the integrity of your toy, causing melting and overall deterioration. Ideally, even if your toys are certified platinum cure, they should still be stored enclosed separately to reduce any risk of cross contamination.

Platinum Silicone toys are very easy to clean.

You should wash your toy thoroughly by hand with warm water and dish soap or antibacterial toy cleaner BEFORE and AFTER each use.

If you need to clean your toy more deeply, you can submerge it in boiling water for 2 - 3 minutes. Alternatively you can also use the "sanitize" setting on a dishwasher (WITHOUT SOAP) and without other dirty dinnerware present.

When intense cleaning is needed, mix a 10:1 ratio of cool or room temperature Water to Bleach. Let your toy soak for 10 minutes and then rinse it very thoroughly with water and dry completely. WARNING! DO NOT EVER BOIL YOUR BLEACH WATER AS DOING SO RELEASES CHLORINE GAS.

Silicone can sometimes hold onto certain smells (Bodily odors, cigarette smoke, etc), to remove them, you can soak your toy in a solution of 30% white vinegar and 70% water for half an hour, after which remove the toy and rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

Overall, cleaning your toy immediately before and after use with warm water and a decent dish soap is more than adequate to clean your toy. Repeated boiling of your toy can result in yellowing of tint and mild changes in firmness over time.

Knotty Dreams ships discreetly, using plain brown cardboard boxes with standard white shipping labels. When descriptions are legally required, the contents are labeled as "Other Articles of Plastic" or "Statuettes".

Any orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees, these fees are to be paid by the recipient of the package, Knotty Dreams cannot be held accountable for incorrect postage info, errors with the mail carrier, lost packages or unforeseeable circumstances. Generally speaking, orders are primarily shipped on Monday's of every week excluding national or provincial holidays. We will however attempt to ship packages as soon as possible and may deliver them to our carrier earlier if we can.

We only recommend using water based lubricants or high quality and cold pressed, virgin coconut oil with our Toys.

We Do not recommend using any other lubricant, especially silicone based ones as they may permanently damage and deteriorate your toy and cause it to become unpleasantly sticky.

If unsure about your choice of slippery fun sauce, do a spot test on the bottom of your toy by putting a small amount of your "lube" and leave it overnight. Verify the next day if it negatively affected the area it was applied.

If you are custom ordering a Toy, any upgrades that include an additional charge (Example: "toy style" or "shimmering" color) will be added as separate products to your cart. This means that if you order "1" toy with "3" additional charged options, your cart will have "4" items in it.

Generally once we receive an order we are fairly quick to process it. Pre-made toys and products usually ship within 7 to 10 business days, however custom orders may take longer. If anything unforeseen prevents us from completing your order or delays it in excess, we will attempt to contact you.

You can also express check out with Paypal, Google Pay or Shop Pay.

Knotty Dreams inspects, records and takes pictures of each product before shipping, we do our best and take special care in making sure that the product you receive is as intended.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow or accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

If you discover any major defects that effect the functionality of your toy, for safety reasons, do not use it and please contact us within 3 days of receiving your toy with pictures or video demonstrating the issue.

Please verify the size charts on the product page before ordering, as we will not exchange or refund the product where the customer has misjudged the size of the toy.

Every model is tested in all sizes and firmness by multiple people prior to being released as a design for sale.
